About
I work with leaders, teams, and organisations as living systems, supporting them to navigate complexity and take responsibility in how they think, relate, and act. My work sits at the intersection of leadership development, organisational development, and anthropology, and unfolds through learning, dialogue, and real-time practice.
I draw on experience across international corporate environments, consulting, academia and European projects, and work with different ways of knowing — thinking, sensing, and intuition — while staying close to what is actually happening in the system.

Background
I hold a degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Amsterdam, alongside degrees in Political Science and Marketing. I am trained in Co-Active Coaching (CTI), Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Deep Democracy, and Process Work, and I continue my studies in process-oriented psychology.
With over 20 years of experience across corporate, consulting, and public contexts — including Coca-Cola, Beiersdorf, Natura, Transavia, and Relevance — I have led strategy, organisational development, and leadership programmes in international settings. My work is grounded in real organisational challenges and integrates reflection, lived experience, and practice.

My influences
My approach is informed by several fields of inquiry.
From anthropology, I draw an understanding of power — how it is distributed, perceived, and enacted within groups.
From process-oriented psychology, I work with the interplay between body, mind, and awareness.
And from evolutionary psychology, I explore the dynamics of authority, followership, and the patterns that shape how humans organize and relate.
