Leaders
I design and facilitate leadership journeys and work one-to-one with leaders, supporting the development of awareness, responsibility, and the ability to act within complex environments.
My perspective on leadership
In practice, leadership is often reduced to role or authority. But it is something more fundamental.
Leadership can be understood in two ways: as an inner capacity, the ability to lead yourself with clarity, dignity, and responsibility, and as a function of a system, something every group needs but that takes different forms depending on the context. Each person’s way of leading is unique — shaped by who they are and the system they are part of.
Leadership is not the same as authority or power. When I speak about leaders, I mean both those with formal responsibility, such as managers or executives, and those who take a leading role without formal authority. You can have authority without being a leader, and you can lead without formal authority. At the same time, power is always present in a system — visible or not. Part of leadership is becoming aware of how power operates, what kind of power you hold, and how you choose to use it.
This is where I work with leaders: making these dynamics visible, and helping you engage with them consciously in your real context, in how you think, decide, and act.

What working together looks like
I design leadership journeys that unfold over time, usually between 6 and 12 months. They combine:
• group learning and practice
• real-world application inside your organization
• 1:1 and peer coaching
• reflective and embodied work
The focus moves from: self → others → the wider system.
I also work one-to-one with leaders. This takes the form of a coaching journey: five 90-minute sessions over 3–4 months, with space in between for reflection, practice, and integration.
Alongside longer journeys, I design focused experiences around specific themes relevant to leadership today. These might explore topics such as:
• eldership and wisdom
• imagination and creativity
• emergence and change
Each experience is designed in response to the context, the questions that are alive, and what is needed in the system.

Example Program Structure
To give you a sense of how a leadership journey might look, here is a sample program structure. Every engagement is tailored to the specific context and needs of the leader.
