Teams

I design and facilitate team development journeys, as well as tailored sessions focused on specific themes such as storytelling, imagination and creativity, conflict, and collaboration.

My perspective on teams

I see teams as the lifeblood of an organization — the smallest unit where culture is continuously reproduced, but also where the seeds of change and transformation are held.

At the same time, I see each team as a universe in itself: a group of people with its own subculture, shared experiences, dreams, hopes, and interpersonal dynamics. While embedded in a larger organization, a team remains its own living entity.

A team is more than the sum of its members. Through the web of relationships and interdependencies between individuals, something new emerges — a living system. The healthier these relationships are, the stronger the team becomes, and the clearer its direction and intent.

I see my role as recognizing this living system and tending to the quality of its relationships — because that is where real development happens.

What working together looks like

I design team development that unfolds over time, usually between 3 and 6 months. They combine:

• a shared team scan and reflection
• a live team moment to deepen understanding and set direction
• ongoing team coaching sessions
• real-world application in your day-to-day work
• peer learning and feedback practices

The work moves between:
• understanding how the team functions today
• clarifying direction, roles, and ways of working
• identifying concrete focus areas and commitments
• practicing new behaviors together over time

I also design focused sessions for teams around specific needs. These might include:

• storytelling
• creativity and imagination
• conflict and tension work
• improving collaboration and communication
• decision-making and ownership

Each trajectory is designed in response to the team’s context, its history, and the questions that are present.

To give you a sense of how a team development journey might look, here is a sample program structure. Every engagement is tailored to the specific context and needs of the team.

Collaborating with Corina is a pleasure as the spirit of reciprocity is always there. She is inspiring but also open to be inspired. Corina offers new perspectives, and she is agile in terms of willing to test assumptions, open to make changes if needed. She brings an open space of learning, exploring and dedication to offering excellence to clients.

We enjoyed a fantastic storytelling workshop by Corina. From the very first contact and the co-creation process, the collaboration was a pleasure. Corina really tuned in to our learning objectives and created a tailor‑made workshop that truly delivered. The team loved it — we gained valuable insights and practical tools that we can apply immediately. Highly recommended!
