Projects
My perspective on European projects
At their best, these projects are not only about delivering outputs, but about creating meaningful learning experiences, strengthening collaboration, and building capacity that continues beyond the project itself.
They offer a unique opportunity to connect local realities with broader European questions — and to translate knowledge into practice in a way that is both grounded and transferable.
I am particularly drawn to projects that integrate art, creative expression, and imagination as ways of exploring complexity — opening up new perspectives, ways of knowing, and forms of collaboration that go beyond purely analytical approaches.
What working together looks like
• design and facilitation of learning activities and workshops
• development of non-formal, practice-based learning methodologies
• integration of artistic and creative approaches into learning processes
• support with participatory processes and inclusive engagement
The focus is on creating learning experiences that are experiential, reflective, and directly connected to participants’ real contexts. This includes working with dialogue, peer learning, creative practices, and collaborative processes that support meaningful participation and shared responsibility.
I bring experience from Erasmus+ and Creative Europe projects, contributing to transnational cooperation, activity design, and delivery, as well as to the operational side of projects — including coordination, reporting, and quality processes.

Erasmus+ & Creative Europe
Through my work with Namla, I have been actively involved in European cooperation projects within the Erasmus+ and Creative Europe programmes. This included contributing as a partner in AnthroArt (2023) and taking on a lead partner role in AnthroAction (2024), working across international teams to design and deliver practice-based learning and collaboration processes.
AnthroArt brought together anthropologists and artists across Europe to explore how anthropological insight can be translated into artistic forms and public engagement, creating new ways of sharing knowledge beyond academic contexts. AnthroAction focused on applying anthropology in non-formal adult education settings, developing practice-based learning approaches for graduates.
